Since graduating from a Bachelor of Fine Art degree, I have been tinkering, self-teaching and working my way through various forms of digital media. First as a video editing and sound designer at Versatile Advertising and Films in China, I quickly moved into animation and post production, honing my skills at the award-winning production company Wicked Pixels in South Africa.

After working in the commercial industry for 5 years, I missed doing more creative work in different mediums. So I kept busy with personal projects and participated in art exhibitions whenever possible, but it was no longer enough to contain my curiosity. That curiosity led me to undertake a Masters in Interaction Design at Domus Academy in Milan after receiving a full scholarship. Interaction design requires a broad range of design skills and a multidisciplinary approach. The varied perspectives I gained from both art and commercial design background have proven a great foundation for tackling the complex problems involved in interaction design projects. I'm excited to bring my knowledge as a multi disciplinary designer and artist to physical spaces and interactions beyond the screen.
